It is school policy that all children should be suitably dressed for school in school colours - any combination of:    RED      GREY     WHITE

We feel that the children look very smart in uniform and one of our aims is to keep the whole school wearing uniform colours.

We believe that the wearing of school uniform encourages a far more responsible attitude to work and behaviour. Casual clothing can encourage casual behaviour and work. In the long term school uniform is also far more economical and does away with arguments about what to wear.

The recommended clothing is listed below and can be bought at most local stores. The prices will obviously vary accordingly:

Grey skirt, pinafore dress or tunic / grey trousers/grey shorts

Red/White polo shirt/Red/White blouse

Red or Grey jumper or cardigan

Grey, white or red socks or tights

Shoes should be completely flat. `Fashion' shoes can be dangerous.    

Summer Wear

 Polo T-shirts in white, grey or red are most suitable.

Red and White check /stripe dresses, skirts, blouses.

PE wear

T shirt (no crop tops) in white, black or grey

Tracksuit bottoms/top for winter in school colours if possible

In the interests of safety, children should not wear jewellery to school as this can be very dangerous in any play situation. Children with pierced ears are to wear small plain smooth studs at school. No jewellery is permissible during P.E. Earrings must be removed or taped over. It is essential that we discuss with parents any child with a medical bracelet.

Book Bags and PE Bags can be brought into school.  No large rucksacks are allowed.

Uniform does not necessarily mean `dull and boring'

JEANS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE AS PART OF NORMAL SCHOOL UNIFORM

PLEASE NAME ALL SCHOOL CLOTHES – EVEN SHOES AS MANY ARE IDENTICAL
