The Poppy Appeal 2025

Singlewell Primary School proudly supported this year’s Poppy Appeal by coming together as a community to raise money for the Royal British Legion. Pupils, staff and families contributed generously through donations and the purchase of poppies and remembrance items, helping to honour those who have served and continue to serve in the armed forces. The school’s enthusiastic involvement not only raised valuable funds but also encouraged pupils to reflect on the importance of remembrance, showing compassion, respect and gratitude throughout the appeal.

                  

 

Gravesham Food Bank Donations 2025

A great big THANK YOU to our families for their Harvest donations this year. And a special THANK YOU  to all of the parent volunteers for collecting and transporting the goods to the food bank!

Participating online shops pay The Giving Machine a sales commission for directing shoppers to them.  This commission is then forwarded on to the school.

Shine provides specialist support from before birth and throughout the life of anyone living with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus, as well as to parents, families, carers and professional care staff. Shine enables people to get the best out of life.

They have gone above and beyond to support everyone involved in the persons life to ensure they have only the best opportunities and support.

To raise awareness, Miss Meredith, Miss Roach and Miss Edwards will be doing the Vitality 10k around London.
